Diagnose, troubleshoot and technical support (resolve incidents) for wired and wireless networks.
Update and document infrastructure / monitoring tools.
Coordinate and plan the tasks with the customers.
Remote and onsite support for our customer’s networks.
Perform site survey and Wi-Fi planning (Using Ekahau, predictive site survey, APoS, IBwave Design, reporting).
Project Roll-out for Hardware (APs, Switches, etc.) Installation.
Experience in working with Technical / Engineering team to resolve customer reported issues.
A basic understanding of WLAN technologies (802.11 fundamentals).
A fundamental understanding of LAN/WAN technologies (HSRP, STP, VLANs, routing protocols, POE, and IP-subnetting).
A strong networking foundational knowledge (LANs, routing, switching, wireless).
Familiar with Cisco (Prime, ISE), Meraki, Aruba, Juniper.
Experience with Ekahau and IBwave.
Valid B Driving license.
Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking.
Self-learner with a desire for continuous development.

Nice to Have:
Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification (CWNA/CCNA Wireless preferred).
Coding experience in Python, Go, PHP, ansible.
