Working directly with the CEO, you will initially be shadowing him to learn about the business and the processes.
You will then take over all internal and external scheduling and coordination. In parallel, you will learn and oversee the accounting of the business.
Organize agendas, create & maintain materials for meetings, and coordinate & track the execution of tasks.
Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
Manage and coordinate incoming post & packages
Book and manage travel arrangements for employees
Preparing and managing documents and invoices for tax advisor
In-company event planning and assistance
Nice to Have:
A background in Operations, Finance, or HR is helpful.
Skills in SharePoint and MS Project, along with basic knowledge of IT systems and terminology, are good, but you can pick them up on the job.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with excellent follow-up skills
Must be strongly set-driven and eager to learn and improve
Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
